JOB SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The SUD Quality Program Evaluator supports the quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of Valle del Sol's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs through program evaluation, performance measurement, grant oversight, and data analysis. Working with program leadership and clinical teams, the Evaluator reviews program quality indicators, documentation completeness, service utilization, patient engagement, and treatment outcomes to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements. Using a data-driven, strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented, and patient-centered approach, this position coordinates grant evaluation, monitors milestones and deliverables, and prepares organizational and funder reports, including SAMHSA and GPRA reporting as applicable.
