Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Go Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of scalable systems and spearhead AI/ML integrations while providing technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical development initiatives and mentor senior engineering team members
- Build and optimize high-performance distributed systems using Go concurrency
- Hands-on integration and configuration of AI/ML solutions
- Manage CI/CD processes and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
- Schedule: 09:00-18:00 CEST
Position Requirements:
- 5-6+ years of commercial Go development experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead / Lead Engineer) explicitly reflected in your CV
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and Go concurrency
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration and configuration
- University degree in IT or a related technical field
- Proficiency with CI/CD practices, stakeholder management, and mentoring senior engineers
- C1 level English language proficiency
- Nice to have: Previous experience in the insurance domain
