About the Role

We are looking for a Product-Oriented AI Builder who combines strong product thinking with hands-on engineering execution.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role, and it is not a pure Software Engineer role.

You will own AI-powered products and features end-to-end-from customer discovery and product strategy to technical implementation, production release, and continuous iteration.

A significant part of this role involves building and validating solutions yourself using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. We expect you to understand the code AI generates, review it critically, validate architectural decisions, and ensure that every solution is scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.

Our client is a fast-growing software company building unified management platforms and mobile apps for the location-based entertainment (LBE) industry. We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world, except RF and RB, ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Ownership

• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business goals into clear product and technical requirements.
• Define MVP scope, validate hypotheses, and prioritize work based on business impact rather than feature requests.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through production and continuous iteration.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Drive product decisions using measurable outcomes, including conversion, retention, customer value, and other product metrics.

- AI-First Product Development

AI is expected to accelerate your work-not replace your engineering judgment.

You will:

• Build MVPs and production-ready features using AI-assisted development tools.
• Prototype and validate solutions rapidly before full implementation.
• Design and improve AI-powered workflows and user experiences.
• Review, debug, and refactor AI-generated code when necessary.
• Validate business logic, architecture, and implementation quality before production.
• Ensure AI-generated solutions meet production standards for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

- Technical Leadership

Although this is not a full-time software engineering role, strong technical ownership is essential.

You will:

• Make informed architectural decisions together with engineering teams.
• Review technical designs and AI-generated implementations.
• Identify architectural issues, scalability risks, and implementation gaps before release.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Support delivery from technical validation through deployment.

What We're Looking For

-Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, Delivery Leadership, Software Engineering, or a combination of these.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital products into production.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI application development, with practical production experience rather than experimentation alone.
• Ability to independently prototype, validate, and iterate on AI-powered solutions.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud systems, and modern development practices.
• Ability to confidently review, understand, and challenge AI-generated code instead of relying on it blindly.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and enough technical depth to discuss architecture, implementation trade-offs, and participate in technical interviews involving live coding and system design.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers throughout product delivery.
• C1 or C2 English (written and spoken).

  Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Experience building AI products using LLMs, agents, RAG, or similar technologies.
• Startup or consulting background.
• Experience building or scaling delivery teams.
• Familiarity with SQL, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
