Delivery, will call, processing, etc.\nMonitoring the will call bucket for accumulation of orders to be processed within the hour of customer placing their order and advising the Will Call Supervisor when help is needed to fill orders.\nCommunicating with Will Call Supervisor on large or special orders that will require more time to pull to ensure they are ready when the customer arrives. \nAll other duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nQualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:\nMinimum Education Preferred: Bachelor’s or associate degree business or related field.\nMinimum Experience Preferred: 3 years of industrial or retail sales experience. \nSkills Required:\nBi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required. \nStrong customer service skills \nHigh energy, strong mathematical skills\nStrong telephone etiquette and technique \nExcellent oral and written communication skills \nAttention to detail.\nModerate computer skills (Excel and Word) \nHighly self-motivated\nGeneral knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum products is a plus.\nPhysical Job Description:\nTypical Working Conditions: \nIndoor office environment \nMay need to identify material outside.\nNoise level may vary. \nMay be exposed to various chemical fumes and airborne particles.\nFast-paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity \nEquipment Used: \nOffice equipment: computer, keyboard, 10-key, phone, printer/copier/scanner, PPE when necessary.\nEssential Physical Tasks: \nStanding/sitting/walking.
