governance, and operational excellence throughout the model lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, implement, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI models and AI-enabled solutions across machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.\nAssess AI use cases and perform model testing, validation, and quality evaluation.\nMonitor model performance and drive continuous improvement throughout onboarding, updates, reassessments, and retirement.\nTroubleshoot model behavior, performance degradation, and integration issues.\nSupport AI governance workflows, monitoring measures, evaluation templates, dashboards, and reporting.\nCollaborate with platform developers on enhancement testing and production operations.\nMaintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.\nSupport Responsible AI reviews, model risk management, data privacy, data governance, and compliance controls.\nCoordinate with business users, technical teams, client stakeholders, platform specialists, and governance teams.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.\n6+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, AI solution implementation, model evaluation, AI governance support, and AI operationalization.\nHands-on experience designing, building, implementing, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.\nStrong Python skills for AI/ML development and implementation, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.\nPractical knowledge of AI model lifecycle management and model evaluation, including accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and related performance metrics.\nExperience with AI model testing, validation, robustness, quality assessment, and monitoring model drift, data drift, performance degradation, and production model performance.\nExperience applying MLOps and AI governance practices, including model versioning, deployment pipelines, lifecycle management, documentation, approval workflows, risk assessments, and compliance controls.\nExperience with model risk management, data privacy, data governance, and Responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias detection, explainability, transparency, and human oversight.\nExperience collaborating with AI engineers and technical teams, partnering with business users to understand AI use cases, coordinating with platform and integration teams, working with governance and risk specialists, and communicating with client stakeholders.\nFluent English and proficiency in Arabic.\nEligible to work in Saudi Arabia and able to work on-site.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Milvus, and with RAG frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.\nExperience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.\nExperience in a regulated industry such as banking, financial services, or government.\nExperience leading client presentations and
