As a Data & AI Architect, you will guide architecture decisions that connect business priorities with modern platforms, governance models, and transformation roadmaps, while partnering with technical teams, client stakeholders, and commercial teams to define solutions that are both forward-looking and delivery-ready.\nResponsibilities\nDesign enterprise data architectures, integration strategies, data platforms, and governance frameworks.\nDefine architecture blueprints, reference architectures, technology standards, and modernization roadmaps.\nEstablish data governance capabilities covering data quality, metadata, master data management, data lineage, and data lifecycle management.\nDesign AI architectures covering machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nDefine AI platform capabilities, including model integration, deployment, monitoring, MLOps/LLMOps, and lifecycle management.\nDevelop AI governance frameworks covering model risk, data privacy, security, bias, explainability, accountability, and regulatory compliance.\nLead data and AI strategy development, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and transformation roadmaps.\nLead technical presales activities, including client consultations, solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, architecture presentations, and proof-of-concept planning.\nProvide architectural leadership throughout solution delivery, ensuring scalability, security, quality, and alignment with business requirements.\nCollaborate with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, developers, security teams, sales, and business stakeholders.\nMentor technical teams and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives across banking and financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\n8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, integration, and enterprise platform design, including hands-on architectural experience in master data management.\nHands-on architectural experience in AI/ML architecture, including Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI.\nExperience designing enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, and platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.\nExperience designing scalable and secure solutions on Azure, AWS, or IBM Cloud, along with data integration solutions using APIs, Kafka or event streaming, and ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time integration.\nExperience with AI/ML platforms and solution components, including LLM integration and vector databases, as well as MLOps or LLMOps practices covering model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, versioning, and lifecycle management.\nExperience delivering enterprise data and AI architecture, data governance, and AI/ML solutions in banking and financial services, telecommunications, or public sector transformation.\nPractical experience applying enterprise architecture, data governance, and AI governance frameworks, with hands-on application of data privacy, security, bias mitigation, and explainability principles.\nExperience presenting architecture and AI strategy to CIO/CTO-level executives, leading technical discussions with enterprise clients, and driving presales and solution-design discussions across business, engineering, data, security, and delivery teams.\nStrong English proficiency for executive presentations, architecture documentation, presales discussions, and communication with international stakeholders.\nAbility to work on-site.\nRelevant professional certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud, data, or AI are a plus.\nArabic proficiency for client-facing discussions with stakeholders in Egypt and the GCC is a
