enterprise data workflows.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models, including InfoProviders, DSOs, ADSOs, and CompositeProviders.\nDevelop and maintain BW transformations, Data Transfer Processes (DTPs), and process chains.\nConfigure and monitor data extraction from SAP ERP and SAP BW using Theobald tools.\nSupport SAP BW integration with Azure through Velocity and SAP BDC Datasphere.\nTroubleshoot data loads, transformations, and data-quality issues; perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.\nOptimize SAP BW performance, data loads, and data volumes.\nProvide L1.5, L2, and L3 production support for incidents, problems, and service requests.\nDeliver enhancements and support testing, releases, and deployments.\nDocument technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMid-level experience in SAP BW development and production support.\nHands-on experience with SAP BW modeling components, including InfoProviders, DSOs, ADSOs, and CompositeProviders.\nStrong practical experience with SAP BW transformations, DTPs, and process chains.\nExperience with ABAP/BW troubleshooting, performance analysis, and resolving SAP BW data-loading issues.\nExperience configuring and supporting Theobald extraction tools, along with solid SQL skills.\nExperience supporting SAP-to-Azure integration using Velocity and SAP Datasphere.\nProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and support or operations teams to troubleshoot SAP BW issues, resolve data-loading problems, and deliver enhancements.\nFluent, business-level English for technical communication, documentation, and collaboration with project teams in Dubai.\nProfessional proficiency in Arabic for local team collaboration.\nAvailability to work during hours that overlap with the Dubai-based project team in Gulf Standard Time.\nExperience coordinating with SAP ERP teams and reporting or analytics stakeholders to support data integration and downstream reporting requirements is a plus.\nBenefits\nPrivate
