reliable, production-ready solutions that align design, engineering, and business goals.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize production web applications using React.js and mobile applications using React Native.\nBuild reusable components and shared business logic across web and mobile platforms.\nManage monorepo architectures using Nx or Turborepo.\nImplement state management with Redux Toolkit, Redux, or Zustand.\nIntegrate type-safe APIs and manage application data efficiently.\nOptimize rendering, virtualization, memory management, and build processes across web and mobile.\nWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, or Cypress.\nDeliver features end to end, from Figma designs through production deployment.\nIdentify technical risks, edge cases, and architectural improvement opportunities.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on production experience building both React.js web applications and React Native mobile applications.\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.\nExperience building with monorepo tools such as Nx or Turborepo, implementing state management with Redux Toolkit, Redux, or Zustand, and working with type-safe APIs while sharing code across web and mobile platforms.\nSolid understanding of DOM APIs, CSS-in-JS, mobile application lifecycles, and offline storage.\nHands-on experience with performance optimization and virtualization in production applications.\nExperience writing unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library, along with end-to-end testing using Detox for mobile and Cypress for web.\nHands-on experience with build pipelines, automated deployments, and release workflows for both web and mobile applications, including familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Fastlane.\nExperience collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers throughout feature delivery.\nAbility to work on-site.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
