As a Technology Strategy & Onboarding Analyst, you will support structured solution reviews, help translate business needs into technology assessments, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to inform onboarding and architecture decisions.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new applications and technology platforms.\nReview vendor proposals, RFP responses, technical documentation, and solution submissions.\nAssess technology solutions against business requirements and relevant industry practices.\nPrepare onboarding recommendations, assessment reports, and management summaries.\nMaintain technology onboarding registers and assessment repositories.\nAssess solutions against business capabilities and enterprise architecture principles.\nSupport the development and maintenance of BIAN-aligned business capability maps.\nEvaluate application fit, overlaps, rationalization opportunities, and integration impacts.\nDevelop high-level architecture diagrams, capability maps, and heatmaps.\nSupport target-state architecture definition across areas such as Lending, Trade, Treasury, Data, and Digital Channels.\nParticipate in vendor demonstrations, workshops, and technical evaluation sessions.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n2-5 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, onboarding, business analysis, solution evaluation, or closely related work.\nHands-on experience in technology assessment, business analysis, solution evaluation, and technology onboarding.\nStrong proficiency with banking technology architecture, business capability mapping, application assessment and rationalization, and integration impact analysis.\nExperience applying enterprise architecture principles and structured technology or solution assessment methodologies.\nStrong hands-on proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, assessment reports, dashboards, and management presentations.\nExperience working with vendor interactions, solution reviews, workshops, and demonstrations.\nProven ability to present assessment findings and recommendations to management or senior stakeholders and coordinate with architecture, delivery, infrastructure, security, and related teams.\nStrong English proficiency for vendor documentation, technology assessments, reports, and management presentations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in Banking or Financial Services, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Applications, Business Analysis, PMO, or Digital Transformation.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technology or business field.\nExperience with Visio or Draw.io for documentation and architecture work.\nFamiliarity with BIAN, business capability mapping, or enterprise architecture tools.\nKnowledge of banking domains such as Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, Data, or Digital Channels.\nKnowledge of BIAN as a banking architecture framework.\nTOGAF, CBAP, PMP, or a similar certification in enterprise architecture, business analysis, project management, or technology governance.\nEnglish proficiency for communication with local business and technology stakeholders.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3715,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Information Technology","Software","IT Consulting"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T12:56:02Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":13,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T22:24:21Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/valleysoft-technology-strategy-onboarding-analyst","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/valleysoft-technology-strategy-onboarding-analyst.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T22:24:21Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":611,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4389,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-25T00:00:00Z"}}}
