If you enjoy combining commercial awareness, technical support, process improvement, and people leadership, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact across the region.\nYour responsibilities\nLead and manage a centralized Quotation Hub supporting quotation activities across the Asia Pacific region.\nEnsure accurate, competitive, and technically sound quotations that meet customer requirements and internal approval processes. \nManage the quotation process and act as a key point of contact to support sales activities and customer orders. \nCollaborate with sales representatives, operations, finance, service teams, and product managers to ensure quotation and order accuracy.\nSupport customers, distributors, and sales teams by resolving quotation, order, and complaint-related issues. \nProvide technical application and commercial support throughout the quotation-to-order process.\nDefine and implement standardized quotation and order-handling processes, including CPQ tool adoption and support. \nLead onboarding, training, and development programs for team members, distributors, and agents. \nDrive process improvements and maintain structured, traceable documentation and filing practices.\nMonitor quotation volume, hit rates, win/loss trends, SFDC activities, and team workload to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. \nExpectations from you\n4-7 years of relevant professional experience in sales support, quotation management, order management, or a related field. \nExperience managing complex quotation processes with significant business impact. \nExperience leading, allocating, and monitoring the work of a small team. \nStrong understanding of quotation, order management, and customer support processes.\nAbility to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, operations, finance, service teams, and product managers. \nExperience supporting distributors and implementing standardized sales support processes. \nFamiliarity with CPQ tools and sales systems, including SFDC-related activities. \nStrong customer focus with the ability to manage issues, complaints, and competing priorities effectively.\nProven ability to drive process improvements and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance. \nExperience operating across national or regional environments.\nTo succeed in this role\nSuccess in this role requires strong expertise in quotation and order management, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will need the ability to balance customer expectations, commercial priorities, and operational requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness. Experience driving process standardization, supporting distributor networks, and developing team capabilities will be important.
