If you enjoy leading people, managing complex projects, driven by customer satisfaction, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on business success and to grow your career.\nYour responsibilities\nManage the internal assembly and line-up of tissue converting machines in given timing, quality and hours budget\nPlan and allocate manpower and resources according to project schedules and production priorities\nCoordinate a team of assembly technicians\nEnsure and supervise the correct application of safety rules and procedures\nCollaborate closely with the testing team in order to meet projects goals and fulfill customer requests\nCollaborate with other departments (Quality, Technical Office, Project Management, etc.) in order to guarantee the respect of the project’s goals and contribute to product development\nSupport continuous improvement activities\nExpectations for you\nDiploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering\nMinimum 5 years of assembly and testing experience in tissue converting machines (different technologies is a plus)\nAt least 3 years of experience in leading a large team in job shop production environment\nKnowledge of tissue converting industry customers and their need is a plus\nMS Office proficiency\nAdvanced English and Italian proficiency\nStrong communication skills\nTo succeed in this role\nYou will combine leadership capabilities with strong technical and operational expertise to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly operations.
