You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process for commercial components, electrical panels, electrical boards, and wiring services while building strong supplier partnerships. Your responsibilities

• You will manage the full purchasing process for commercial components, electrical panels, electrical boards, and wiring services, from request for quotation to order confirmation.

• You will negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with qualified suppliers in line with category strategies.

• You will monitor supplier performance, follow up on deliveries, and help ensure production deadlines are met.

• You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and supply-related challenges.

• You will identify new suppliers and support cost optimization initiatives across the assigned commodity area.

Expectations for you

• You hold a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.

• You have at least 1-2 years of purchasing experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• You have strong knowledge of electrical assemblies, wiring processes, and supplier management activities.

• You are comfortable using MS Office and ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.

• You have advanced Italian and English proficiency and strong communication skills.

You will combine purchasing expertise with technical understanding to make informed sourcing decisions and build productive supplier relationships. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will proactively identify risks, solve problems, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results.

Salary Range : 29.000 € - 38.000 € gross annual salary (RAL), qualifica white collar with classification at C2-B1 level, depending on experience and qualifications.

Employment Contract: Permanent employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation Sector (CNEL C011).
