processes to reduce cycle times, scrap, and tooling costs.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) by creating and validating CNC programs for prototype and production parts.\nMaintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets, and process notes.\nCollaborate with production and engineering teams to deliver process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining and offline programming using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, Edgecam, or equivalent).\nSkilled in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and 3D models.\nUnderstanding of cutting tool technology, machining strategies, and work-holding methods.\nFamiliar with G-code, machine control systems (Fanuc).\nPractical understanding of lean principles, set-up reduction, and process optimisation.\nCommitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.\nStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.\nExcellent English communication and teamwork
