Every assignment offers new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a visible impact on customer success.\nYour responsibilities\nInstall, start up, service, and upgrade packaging equipment at customer sites worldwide, ensuring successful commissioning and performance\nPerform functional testing, preventive maintenance, and inspections to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime\nDiagnose and resolve electrical, automation, software, and mechanical issues, providing effective technical support to customers\nCollaborate closely with customers to manage punch lists, drive issue resolution, and ensure systems operate according to safety standards\nDocument service activities, machine performance, and maintenance records to support continuous improvement and operational excellence\nExpectations for you\nTechnical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field\nStrong knowledge of electrical components and automation systems; mechanical skills are an advantage\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation\nFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus\nKnowledge of packaging machinery is considered a strong advantage\nWillingness to travel globally for at least 140 days per year\nTo succeed in this role\nSuccess in this position requires a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
