You will work closely with employees, supervisors, factory management, payroll and HR to ensure smooth and accurate processes.\nYour Responsibilities\nAct as the local key user for the Nepton working time system, including testing, development, user guidance and system-related changes. \nReview and correct working time transactions according to agreed schedules. \nCooperate closely with production supervisors and support employees in working time related matters. \nServe as a contact person between production, payroll and HR teams. \nAdminister and maintain employee access rights as the key user of the Abloy OS system. \nPrepare operational reports. \nCalculate annual working hours for different shift systems. \nCreate and maintain employee shift calendars. \nSupport continuous improvement of administrative processes and practices within production. \nExpectations for You\nRelevant education in business administration, finance, or payroll, and experience with time management systems and payroll processes. \nPrevious experience in coordination, administration or production support activities. \nGood understanding of the Technology Industry collective agreement and working time practices. \nStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. \nExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. \nCustomer service mindset and strong communication skills. \nAbility to work independently and manage tasks according to schedules and deadlines. \nAbility to work effectively in a busy environment. \nGood Finnish and English language skills. \nTo Succeed in This Role\nYou are proactive, systematic and reliable.
