Let’s build it together.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead process engineering for boiler rebuilds and conversions in delivery projects.\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical excellence.\n\nSupport sales projects by defining technical concepts and preparing specifications.\n\nProvide theoretical training for the customers and assist commissioning during project completion.\n\nDrive innovation by developing new solutions and processes that meet evolving environmental standards.\n\nThis position is located in Warsaw, Poland, but also our Gliwice, Poland and Darmstad, Germany offices can be considered.\nWhat We Expect:\nYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical, or process engineering from a university or a university of applied sciences.\n\nYou have strong experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles.\n\nYou communicate fluently in English; Polish, Finnish, Germany and other language skills are seen as an advantage.\n\nYou are willing to travel globally for 20-40 days per year (focus countries are Poland, Germany and Czech).\n\nYou work systematically, prioritize effectively, and thrive in dynamic project environments.\n\nTo succeed in this role:\nWe are looking for a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in energy and process engineering.
