In this role, you will act as the primary representative for AI-related initiatives, helping identify, prioritize, implement, and scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nIn this role, you will\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases to address strategic priorities.\nDevelop business cases, value drivers, KPIs, and success criteria for AI initiatives.\nLead AI initiatives from concept validation to business value realization.\nTrack the business impact of deployed AI solutions, including productivity improvements, cost savings, quality improvements, and risk reduction.\nPromote alignment with enterprise architecture, security requirements, governance standards, and Responsible AI principles.\nDrive reuse of successful AI solutions and develop common methods, templates, and best practices.\nProvide coaching and training within context of AI\nWe expect from you\nUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field.\nExperience in leading AI or digital transformation initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation\nStrong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in solving business challenges and creating measurable business value.\nAbility to translate business needs into scalable AI use cases, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.\nUnderstanding of data governance, analytics, and AI adoption practices\nExperience influencing and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.\nFluent English communication skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage.\nTo succeed in this role\nYou combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
