If you enjoy building relationships, solving customer challenges, and making a visible impact in the industry, this could be the opportunity for you.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will drive service business growth through rebuilds, upgrades, improvements, maintenance solutions, replacements, spare parts, consumables, and fabrics.\nYou will identify customer needs, develop value-adding solutions, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships across assigned mills.\nYou will gather market intelligence, analyze competitors, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into active customers.\nYou will manage key customer relationships and coordinate service and capital business activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nYou will prepare sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and follow up on orders and payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.\nJob Requirement\nYou hold a bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Pulp & Paper Engineering.\nYou have at least 5 years of experience within the pulp and paper industry.\nYou possess strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.\nYou are self-motivated, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement while acting with integrity and honesty.\nYou have good command of both Chinese and English.\nYou are willing and able to travel as required.\nTo succeed in this role\nSuccess in this position requires a strong understanding of the pulp and paper industry, the ability to build trusted customer relationships, and the commercial mindset to identify and develop new business opportunities.
