We are looking for an experienced Order Management, Inventory & Procurement Manager to lead critical supply chain operations across order management, inventory control, and procurement. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensure inventory accuracy and availability, and oversee sourcing and supplier management activities. You will work closely with sales, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to improve workflows, support business performance, and enable informed operational decisions through forecasting and analysis. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact function, guide teams, and improve the way work is done across the business.\nYour responsibilities\nLead and develop the order management team through coaching, training, and performance management. \nOversee the complete order lifecycle from order entry and validation through delivery and invoicing.\nPartner with sales, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to resolve order issues and improve processes. \nDrive process improvements and automation initiatives within order management operations. \nSupport audits, revenue recognition activities, and compliance requirements.\nDevelop and implement inventory management strategies, policies, and controls.\nMonitor inventory accuracy, oversee stock audits, and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory. \nForecast demand and coordinate replenishment planning with procurement and sales teams. \nManage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management. \nAnalyze financial, economic, inventory, procurement, and operational data to support strategic and operational decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nExpectations from you\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. \nMore than 10 years of experience in order management, supply chain, and procurement functions. \nAt least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams. \nStrong understanding of order-to-cash processes.\nExperience with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor LN is an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of inventory control processes and inventory management best practices.\nExperience in forecasting, financial analysis, demand planning, and operational reporting. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \nCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. \nAbility to work independently on complex assignments, improve ways of working, and guide others within your area of expertise. \nTo succeed in this role\nSuccess in this role requires strong experience across order management, inventory management, and procurement processes, combined with the ability to translate business and financial data into actionable decisions. You will need proven leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while driving process improvements and operational excellence.
