The Procurement Automation Engineer will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify manual and repetitive processes and develop scalable digital solutions.\nThe primary objective of this role is to reduce manual transactional work, improve process efficiency and data quality, and enable procurement professionals to focus on higher-value activities such as strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost reduction, and risk management.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring both strong technical capability and an understanding of business processes.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nPartner with Procurement team members to identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities that can be automated or simplified.\nAnalyze current procurement workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for procurement and supply chain processes.\nAutomate workflows such as purchase order management, supplier communication, RFQ processes, approvals, data collection, reporting, and exception management.\nDevelop automated alerts and workflows for issues such as overdue purchase orders, late supplier deliveries, missing confirmations, price discrepancies, and other procurement exceptions.\nMeasure automation results including hours saved, process cycle-time reduction, data accuracy, adoption, and productivity improvement.\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nExperience developing business process automation, analytics, applications, or digital solutions.\nStrong experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, APIs/system integration, RPA or workflow automation.\nWe Offer\nWe offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic setting with opportunities for continual growth.
