If you enjoy technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to product compliance throughout the product lifecycle, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\nYour responsibilities\nLiaise with external certification agencies to obtain Ex-Hazardous Location certifications for new products.\nCoordinate with certification bodies regarding proposed product design changes impacting Ex-Hazardous Location certificates and related technical documentation.\nWork with external agencies responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) verification concerning updates to product documentation related to Ex-Hazardous Location products.\nAct as a key contact for coordinating activities related to products intended for use in explosive atmospheres.\nSupport Design Engineering with bill of materials data migration activities.\nPerform management system-related tasks associated with certification documentation requirements.\nPerform management system-related tasks related to equipment calibration and maintenance.\nCreate, review, and revise QMS documentation as required.\nExpectations for you\nMinimum 2-year degree or equivalent related experience.\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\nProject management experience is considered an advantage.\nCAD experience is considered an advantage; training can be provided.\nUnderstanding of Ex-Hazardous Locations and Quality Systems according to international standards, including UL, FM, CSA, IEC, and ATEX.\nKnowledge of Stonel products and product configurations is considered an advantage.\nTo succeed in this role\nYou are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technical documentation, certification requirements, and regulatory standards. You enjoy collaborating with engineering, quality, and external partners to solve challenges and ensure products remain compliant throughout their lifecycle.
