Your expertise will directly support quality targets and the long-term success of our operations.\nYour responsibilities \nLead manufacturing process evaluation and development, including machining efficiency improvements, quality enhancement initiatives, fixture development, and tool testing.\nManage company-wide process optimization and productivity improvement projects.\nLead and develop the process engineering team, supporting capability growth and technical excellence.\nOversee welding system management (ISO 3834), ensuring performance targets are achieved.\nCollaborate with workshops and suppliers to improve welding process performance, evaluate supplier capabilities, and support equipment investment projects while maintaining safety standards.\nExpectations for you\nBachelor’s degree or above in Welding Engineering or a related discipline.\nMore than 5 years of welding experience with an IWE certification.\nExperience managing welding systems and ISO 3834 requirements.\nAdvanced English communication skills for daily work.\nStrong communication, coordination, and continuous learning capability.\nTo succeed in this role\nSuccess in this role requires strong expertise in welding processes, manufacturing improvement, quality control, and process system management.
