Lead Complex Industrial Deliveries as a Project Engineering Manager

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will lead technical coordination across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring engineering activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineering disciplines, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to bring complex projects to life. Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead and coordinate project engineering activities, ensuring all technical requirements are fulfilled in line with contract obligations, project schedules, and company guidelines.
- You will partner with the Project Manager to support proposal activities, monitor engineering budgets and progress, and help drive successful project execution.
- You will coordinate engineering disciplines, facilitate effective communication across teams, and ensure cost-conscious engineering decisions through design reviews and technical evaluations.
- You will oversee project document control and contractual document deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and suppliers.
- You will provide technical support throughout purchasing, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases while coordinating technical matters with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirement:
- You have a degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- You have proven experience managing engineering activities within industrial project environments.
- You have strong knowledge of engineering coordination, project execution, document management, and technical contract requirements.
- You are able to work effectively with customers, suppliers, authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- You have advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Success in this role requires strong project engineering expertise, the ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines, and a solid understanding of industrial project delivery. You excel at balancing technical requirements, project schedules, budget considerations, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach. Experience supporting manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and customer-facing technical discussions will be essential.
