Project Manager\nOwn and manage project execution from order release through completion and closure. \nLead project planning, scheduling, execution follow-up, and reporting in accordance with \nthe Global Project Delivery Model and established business processes. \nCommunicate project status, priorities, risks, and targets to relevant stakeholders. \nEnsure project scope, costs, schedules, and delivery commitments are accurate and up to \ndate. \nManage project schedules and participate in daily workshop meetings and activities. \nMonitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as planned. \nEnsure project schedules and delivery dates accurately reflect the latest project status. \nCoordinate project activities among Customer Service, Workshop Operations, Procurement, \nLogistics, and other stakeholders. \nIdentify risks, delays, and deviations and coordinate corrective actions. \nReview completed projects, summarize performance, and communicate key deviations. \nB. Customer Management\nAct as the primary customer contact during project execution. \nEnsure customers are informed promptly about project status, delivery progress, and \ndeviations. \nSupport on-time delivery performance for customers. \nFacilitate customer visits and project review meetings. \nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships. \nSupport investigation and resolution of customer claims. \nC. Project Financial Management\nMonitor project costs and profitability. \nPrepare timely cost estimates for additional work following inspections to avoid project \ndelays. \nEnsure projects are closed after all costs have been accumulated and reported. \nReview and explain project cost deviations. \nReview actual versus as-sold costs and identify improvement opportunities. \nD. Documentation & Reporting\nMaintain project documentation and records in M-Files and other applicable business \nsystems. \nUpdate Compass Roll Cards and other project tracking tools as required. \nEnsure project information, schedules, and status updates are accurate and up to date. \nEnsure order backlog information, delivery dates, and commitments are maintained \naccurately. \nManage project documentation, including incoming inspection reports, service reports, and \nshipping documents \nPrepare project reports and performance summaries. \nConduct project review and lessons learned activities upon completion. \nE. Continuous Improvement\nUse customer feedback and project lessons learned to drive continuous performance \nimprovement. \nLead improvements in project execution and delivery performance. \nDrive lead-time reduction and profitability improvement initiatives. \nSupport improvements to order delivery processes and business practices. \nF.
