The position will work closely with Field Service, Sales, Product teams, and the Project Management team. This position will be responsible for planning and coordinating service activities related to the installation and maintenance of Valmet equipment at customer sites.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipates in the request for proposal process for field service technical and mechanical services.\nPrepares technical service quotations for customers as required\nCodes and process Basware invoicing to appropriate charge area for all Basware invoices in the group\nActively monitors, adjusts invoicing timing, and leads their portion of backlog meetings to ensure timeliness of invoicing for projects.\nResponsible the creation of service projects inside of LN to include field technical, field mechanical, and full turnkey projects with technical advisory, parts, and labor.\nFollows up on initial and revised customer purchase orders for projects.\nResponse to write purchase orders to vendors, subcontractors, and internally as applicable\nPrepares invoice backups for field technical service and works with project managers to process field mechanical services backups for turnkey projects\nResponsible for invoicing all field technical and mechanical services\nActive participant in the tracking and following of active parts orders to work in coordination with project management and workshop lead\nCreates work orders and schedules field personnel on technical and mechanical service projects.\nAssist in the maintenance of the reporting process / outstanding report list.\nAssist in the recording and data analysis of field service projects to assist with future historical bidding.\nDevelops working relationship with customers, contractors, and internal Valmet team.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor degree in accounting or related business field with 5 or more years of experience and / or equivalent experience.\nAbility to learn to read drawings, and associated bills-of-material.\nSelf prioritizes and plans work activities with an ability to identify and resolve problems.\nCapability to handle multiple and changing priorities.\nStrong inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.\nExcellent technical verbal and written skills required.\nDemonstrated computer skills; and ability to adapt to different business systems.\nWillingness to learn and contribute to the process improvement of the group.\nWe offer: a challenging and innovating work environment.
