Purchaser - Drive Strategic Supplier Collaboration

You will take the lead in driving sourcing initiatives, developing suppliers, and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities

• You lead procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• You manage annual price negotiations and maintain accurate pricing and item data in ERP systems.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply strategies that support long-term cost optimization.
• You develop supplier relationships and monitor performance in delivery, quality, innovation, and lead times.
• You contribute sourcing insights to sales and cost estimation while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Expectations for you

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, commercial studies, or a related field.
• You bring 5+ years of relevant procurement experience and strong analytical skills.
• You are skilled in negotiation and able to operate effectively in a global matrix environment.
• Possess strong logical communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a solid ability to collaborate within a team.
• You are proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (Infor LN preferred).
• You communicate fluently in English and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.
