Based in Shanghai, this position offers broad exposure to global operations, transformation programs, and leadership opportunities.\nJob Responsibility\nLead end-to-end R2R operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial closing, reporting, balance sheet integrity, compliance, and effective financial controls.\nDrive operational excellence through KPI management, process harmonization, standardization, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing R2R organization, strengthening succession planning, Team Lead capabilities, and employee engagement.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, optimize resources, leverage automation, and enhance efficiency across finance operations.\nLead finance transformation, ERP modernization, and digitalization programs while partnering with Business Controllers, Country Finance, Global Process Owners, auditors, and other stakeholders globally.\nJob Requirement\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.\nMinimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities within accounting, finance operations, shared services, or multinational organizations.\nStrong expertise in Record-to-Report processes, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and balance sheet governance.\nProven success leading transformation initiatives, process standardization, automation, and ERP implementation or modernization projects.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.\nFluent in both English and Chinese.\nWillingness to travel internationally when required.\nTo Succeed in This Role\nYou are a finance leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
