This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your extensive engineering expertise in a truly international environment.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will coordinate and develop outsourced mechanical engineering activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.\nYou will work closely with external engineering partners, supporting collaboration and continuous improvement of engineering processes.\nYou will provide mechanical engineering support for sales activities by creating and developing technical solutions that meet customer requirements.\nYou will support the R&D organization with mechanical engineering expertise throughout product and technology development activities.\nYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, service, sales, sourcing, and R&D to ensure successful project execution.\nExpectations for you\nYou have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.\nYou have solid experience in mechanical engineering and machine design within an industrial environment.\nYou have strong hands-on experience with CATIA and SolidWorks, and are comfortable creating and reviewing mechanical designs.\nYou have experience working with external engineering partners, suppliers, or subcontractors.\nYou have strong communication and cooperation skills and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders.\nYou are able to communicate effectively in English and in Finnish.
