Senior supervisor, Machining

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Supervisor of Machining to lead and develop our workshop operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving machining excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.

Key Responsilities:

1.Responsible for ZBO workshop machining development

2.Responsible for workshop machining daily management including HSE, quality, efficiency, cost and people development

3.Work with SC and counterparts from other workshops to improve machining output

4.Responsible for machining technology transfer and best practice / quality alert sharing inland and globally

5.Build up and optimize machining SOP/WI/JHA together with other team members systematically

6. Machining trouble shooting internal and external

7.Audit machining process to follow machining standard and technical requirement

8.Develop machining processes, operating ways, tools or fixture to improve our machining competitiveness

9.Give technical support and analysis for procurement, HSE, investment and so on

10.Assists or leads the follow up of root cause analysis for customer complaints, in-plant losses, and manufacturing overruns

11.Closely communicate with global team to improve local machining development competence

12. Other job arranged by supervisor

Expectations for you:

1. Bachelor or above in engineering

2. Proficiency with 5-axis CNC gantry machine programming is mandatory. Be familiar with FPT gantry machine is preferred.

3.At least 8 years’ experience in production function and more than 5 years’ machining experience. Roll production and management experience preferred.

4.Outstanding multitask managing, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong commitment to problem resolution, confidentiality and teambuilding.

5.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work. communicate and collaborate within a developing organization.

6.Excellent proficiency with ERP systems, also MS software and database management systems.

7.Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking.

8. Have good communication and coordination ability

9. Knowledge and understanding of lSO9001& ISO14001&OHSAS18001
