This is a highly visible leadership role where your strategic thinking and commercial mindset will make a lasting impact on both customers and business performance.\nYour Responsibilities\nLead and manage the regional Services business with full P&L responsibility, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.\nDevelop and execute the area service growth strategy in alignment with the global Services strategy and business objectives.\nLead service sales activities, expand lifecycle service offerings, and identify upgrade opportunities across the installed customer base.\nCollaborate with Business Unit management, product groups, and local Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets and service KPIs.\nLead, coach, and develop a team of service managers while fostering a strong customer-centric culture focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.\nBuild and maintain trusted long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to support business growth and customer success.\nJob Requirements\nProven experience leading a service business and delivering measurable business growth.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance, profitability, and strategic growth initiatives.\nDemonstrated leadership experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across customers and internal organizations.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer satisfaction and creating long-term value.\nTo Succeed in This Role\nSuccess in this role requires a strong combination of commercial leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
