Knowledge of Word and Excel.\nGood interpersonal skills. Our employees interact with confidence within all organizational levels.\nThe ability to use tools appropriately and in a safe manner.\nBe able to lift up to 30lbs\nStrong fault-finding skills and paying attention to detail.\nDay to day activities will include:\nCustomer update meetings.\nConstant customer training and interactions with operations to be sure equipment is performing and being utilized as expected.\nPerform system upgrades as needed.\nUpdating control logic as needed\nPerform sensor correlations.\nControls tuning.\nPreventive and remedial maintenance\nProvide remote phone and internet support to customers.\nGenerate reports after each customer visit\nTravel would typically be within the work week but some work over weekends can be expected.\nNote: The position will be primarily a full-time resident in the North Carolina Region\nWe Offer\nWe offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
