Apply your expertise in our industry leading team of automation professionals.\nAs a Service Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of DCS service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.\nManage workload planning, resource allocation, and skills development to meet service commitments.\nAct as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding service performance, lifecycle planning, and modernization options.\nOversee the execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and optimization services for DCS platforms.\nConduct periodic service reviews and develop long-term service strategies that align with customer goals.\nIdentify opportunities for service improvements, upgrades, and value-added solutions.\nCollaborate with Sales, Project Engineering, Product Management, and other internal teams to align service offerings and support product lifecycle needs.\nSupport the development and execution of service agreements, including scope definition, pricing, and renewal strategy.\nManage service budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource utilization.\nEnsure profitable and efficient delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nExpectations:\nThe candidate must meet the following requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline).\n7+ years of experience with DCS, PLC/SCADA, or industrial automation systems.\n3+ years of experience leading engineering or technical service teams. Strong knowledge of industrial networks, control system architecture, and manufacturing processes.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nThis position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 20%.\nResponsiveness to after-hours customer inquiries is also required.\nWe offer\nWe offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
