In this role, you will provide timely and effective support to both the local office and service organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and plan service activities in close cooperation with customers, service engineers, sales, and operations.\nPerform a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and support activities in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.\nSupport local service sales activities, including preparing quotations and managing sales opportunities in Salesforce.\nSupport quotations preparation and follow-up for DS and Service agreement.\nEfficient and active collaboration with Global SOMI team for order management.\nCustomer profil management in CRM (Compass/Beacon)\nSupport money collection for unreceivable when needed\nPrepare, maintain, and distribute business documents and reports, including correspondence, KPI reports, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documentation.\nSupport the local Service Project Manager with project planning, meeting coordination, and financial administration.\nCoordinate the ordering and logistics of spare parts and other materials in cooperation with the area team and suppliers.\nOrganize meetings, workshops, customer events, exhibitions, and travel arrangements.\nParticipate in global marketing initiatives and coordinate local marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional materials.\nAct as a key administrative contact within the local service organization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nServe as a primary point of contact for local customers and suppliers.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, service support, or coordination role.\nStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.\n Fluent in Dutch and English language (mandatory)\nAbility to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within a team.\nAffinity with technology and a technical mindset.\nProactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nExcellent communication skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExperience with Salesforce and Power BI is preferred.\nExperience with financial administration and project support is considered an advantage.\nAvailability to work primarily from the office (preferably 4 to 5 days per week).\nFull-time availability is preferred (37 hours per week).\nWork Complexity & Business Impact\nIn this role, you will act as the central liaison between customers, service engineers, sales, and operations.
