If you enjoy combining deep technical knowledge with customer interaction and business impact, this role offers an exciting platform to make a difference.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will partner with sales, application, and project teams to develop the most effective technical solutions for customers and support new sales opportunities.\nYou will define customer needs, goals, and concerns, conduct process data analysis, evaluate technical risks, and help ensure proposed solutions deliver measurable value.\nYou will prepare and present technology presentations, maintain regional reference materials, and communicate process performance insights to customers and internal stakeholders. \nYou will support project execution by leading optimization initiatives, troubleshooting activities, performance follow-up, and guarantee fulfillment activities. \nYou will build long-term customer relationships, monitor market trends and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities, and contribute customer insights to product development and R&D activities.\nExpectations for you\nYou have more than 5 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.\nYou have an excellent understanding of mechanical pulping processes, products, and technology applications.\nYou have strong communication and presentation skills and can engage confidently with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders in both Chinese and English. \nYou are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable analyzing process data, evaluating technical solutions, and solving customer challenges. \nYou are willing to travel primarily within China approximately 60% of the time. \nTo succeed in this role\nYou bring deep expertise in mechanical pulping technology and can confidently translate technical insights into customer value. You have proven experience working with pulp production processes, performance optimization, and technical solution evaluation. Strong communication and presentation capabilities are essential, as is the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
