Lead High-Performance Manufacturing as a Production Supervisor

Join us as a Production Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of roll covering solutions across Polyurethane, Composite, Rubber, and other covering technologies. In this role, you will lead daily operations, guide a skilled production team, and help deliver products that meet demanding customer and quality standards. You will work closely with planning, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to keep production running smoothly while driving continuous improvement across the workshop. Your responsibilities
- You will lead and supervise daily covering operations across Polyurethane, Composite, Rubber, and other covering technologies, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- You will plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate workforce resources, and ensure materials, tooling, and equipment are ready to support efficient operations.
- You will collaborate with Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and workshop teams to optimize workflow, improve delivery performance, and resolve production challenges.
- You will monitor process parameters, investigate quality issues, support corrective actions, and ensure all products meet customer and specification requirements.
- You will coach and develop operators and technicians, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
Expectations for you
- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Diploma-qualified candidates with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in roll covering, polymer processing, rubber manufacturing, polyurethane processing, composite manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- You have knowledge of covering technologies, material preparation, curing, bonding, finishing processes, quality controls, and manufacturing KPIs.
- You have previous team leadership or supervisory experience and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- You have good English communication skills and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, ERP, and manufacturing systems.

You will need solid technical knowledge of roll covering processes, the ability to manage production schedules and resources effectively, and the capability to resolve process deviations and quality issues quickly.
