Apply now.\nA Brief Summary of This Position:\nThe Delivery Performance Manager is responsible for driving on-time delivery performance by ensuring strong execution, visibility, and accountability across the final stages of order fulfillment. This role leads efforts to eliminate delays, improve process flow, and ensure past due and at-risk orders are actively managed to completion. This position combines operational leadership with hands-on engagement to create a predictable, high-performing delivery system.\nThis is an on-site professional exemption salaried position.\nStarting pay range (LG40): $89,200 - $111,660\nEssential Functions:\nOwn overall delivery performance for the facility, with a focus on past due and at-risk orders\n\nEstablish and maintain visibility to order status, including progress, constraints, and risks\n\nLead efforts to identify and eliminate barriers preventing on-time shipment\n\nDrive cross-functional accountability across production, planning, quality, and shipping teams\n\nImplement and manage tools and processes that provide real-time insight into order status\n\nDevelop and standardize processes to improve last-mile execution and reduce delays\n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and drive continuous improvement\n\nEscalate critical risks and performance gaps to leadership with recommended actions\n\nLead and support roles such as PDI Dispatchers or similar resources (if applicable)\n\nThis position reports to the Senior Plant Manager and may have direct or indirect reports\n\nOther Important Details about the Role:\nActs as the central point of ownership for delivery performance within the operation\n\nBalances strategic process improvement with daily operational execution\n\nRequires frequent presence on the production floor to ensure alignment and progress\n\nDrives a culture of urgency, accountability, and follow-through\n\nPartners closely with site leadership to align priorities and remove systemic barriers\n\nFocuses on improving predictability and consistency of operational performance\n\nNot a customer-facing or order entry role; focus is internal execution and performance\n\nRequired Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):\nPreferred Bachelors with 6+ years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 8+ years relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause resolution\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority\n\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment\n\nEffective communication and leadership presence across all levels of the organization\n\nExperience working with ERP systems and operational reporting tools\n\nAbility to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements\n\nStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement mindset\n\nHighly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferred\n\nExperience implementing process improvements or operational tools preferred\n\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles preferred\n\nWorking Environment and Physical Efforts:\nWork is performed in a combination of office and production floor environments. The role requires frequent movement throughout the facility, including walking, standing, and engaging directly with operational teams. The environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability to shifting priorities and operational demands.
