Apply now.\nEssential Functions:\nThis position reports to the IT Manager, CRM and has no direct or indirect reports.\nNo travel requirements for this role.\nFull stack Iron Python developer and responsible for delivering complete technology solutions which may include configuration, business/logic layer code, front end UI and code deployment in SAP CPQ Cloud (previously known as Callidus CPQ).\nCollaborate with business analysts and architects to produce technology solutions for prioritized business problems.\nFormulate program specifications and basic prototypes.\nExperience with performance tuning of SAP CPQ Cloud for business needs.\nTransform requirements and specifications into high functioning technology solutions.\nIntegrate SAP CPQ to ERP, CRM and PLM Business Suites.\nBuild and test high quality code to ensure it produces the desired results and perform debugging when necessary.\nIdentify maintenance needs and perform upgrades to systems for security and efficiency.\nCreate detailed system documentation for internal use.Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):\n\nPreferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 3+ years relevant experience or Associate’s Degree with 5+ years relevant experience or 7= years of relevant experience.\n3+ years of professional programming experience in Microsoft .NET technologies and Iron Python.\n3+ years of accumulated professional experience in the following areas:SAP CPQ customization in the areas of products, pricing, quoting, custom actions, workflows, output,\nCreate iron python scripts and formulas in SAP CPQ for products and pricing\nEnhance SAP CPQ user interface using Responsive Templates\nDesign and build REST APIs for transactions and master data exchange\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented development methodology.\nAbility and desire to learn the manufacturing and business process supported by IT.\nExperience integrating SAP CPQ using middleware applications such as CPI, S4Hana or web Methods.\nCustomer service mindset.\nCollaborate with Business Users, Dev Ops and SI partners on technical issues and provide guidance.\nStrong interpersonal communication and training skillsets.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProject management and problem solving skillsets.\nAbility to provide examples of work.\nValmont does not discriminate against any employee or applicant in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
