We are seeking an IT Project & Application Manager to join our Group IT team. You will lead IT projects from first business need to go-live and own a portfolio of key business applications, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and our PIM/DAM platform.\nAs the main link between IT and the business (E-commerce & Digital, Retail and Boutiques, Marketing & Product, Supply Chain, Finance), you will keep our systems reliable, efficient and aligned with business needs.\nWhat we're looking for in an ideal candidate?\nProject Delivery (50%)\nScope, plan and lead IT projects end to end, on scope, on time and on budget, through go-live and hypercare.\n\nGather and challenge business requirements from key users and leaders.\n\nLead implementation and integration projects across our IT ecosystem (PIM/DAM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Microsoft D365 F&O, Shopify POS).\n\nRun project governance: steering committees, Go/No-Go decisions and reporting to management.\n\nOrganise testing, cutover and deployment, and lead change management and user communication.\n\nApplication Management (30%)\nAct as application owner and Salesforce administrator (Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud), covering configuration, users and access rights.\n\nMonitor application health and data flows, and manage L2/L3 incidents and vendor escalations through to resolution.\n\nPlan and coordinate change requests, releases and upgrades, and own the functional roadmap in line with business priorities.\n\nMaintain documentation and train head-office and boutique users.\n\nVendors, Budget & Compliance (20%)\nManage integrators, agencies and software vendors: statements of work, escalations and SLA follow-up.\n\nPrepare and track project and run budgets.\n\nPropose improvements backed by business cases and total-cost-of-ownership analyses.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT policies, security, GDPR and audit requirements.\n\nYour profile and skills should be:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years in IT project and/or application management, across the full project lifecycle, from RFP to go-live.\n\nHands-on experience implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a PIM/DAM solution (e.g. Plytix, Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver).\n\nGood understanding of integrations and data flows (APIs, ERP, OMS, CRM).\n\nKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods and ITIL practices.\n\nExperience managing vendors, contracts and budgets.\n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ITSM platforms, Excel and Power BI.\n\nFluent English and French;
