Every process on the platform is structured and programmable, enabling our AI agents to perform core servicing work, like handling payments, escrow, and homeowner questions, directly within the system's controls.\nWe recently raised a $150 million Series D at a $2.3 billion valuation by new investor Ribbit Capital, with continued support from existing backer a16z, amongst others.\nAbout the Role\nValon is rebuilding the mortgage servicing industry from the ground up. We're looking for a Data Implementation Manager to join our team and help us coordinate and launch complex data deployment workstreams that will revolutionize how mortgage servicers operate.\nIn this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating efforts across multiple teams (data, deployment strategy, engineering, product), ensuring seamless communication, and driving the successful delivery of our most critical initiatives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead End-to-End Data Migration: Work directly with clients to make sure their data is properly migrated and transformed for successful deployment.\n\nDrive Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between data, deployment strategy, engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.\n\nOptimize Development Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality across the development lifecycle.\n\nManage Stakeholder Expectations: Proactively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.\n\nMitigate Risks and Resolve Issues: Identify potential roadblocks and actively work to resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges that may impact program delivery.\n\nDefine and Track Metrics: Establish clear success metrics for programs and regularly track progress, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or PM in a fast-paced, complex software development environment.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various agile methodologies.\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.\n\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.\n\nPrior experience in fintech team is a plus, but not required.\n\nBenefits\nCompensation: competitive salary with a meaningful stake in the company via equity, and 401(k) plan.
