Implementation Manager

Join our team as an Implementation Manager, where you will be the primary day-to-day partner for our clients and the internal conductor who aligns various teams to deliver outcomes quickly and safely. You will own the plan of record for enterprise deployments, drive execution to timeline, manage scope and change, and land enablement and adoption. You will also run executive cadence and contribute to the playbook. Success in this role will be measured by a clear plan of record, proactive risk management, smooth transitions, client trust, and achieved adoption targets.

Missions

• Own the plan of record for an enterprise deployment, keeping track of all tasks, risks, issues, and open items across different work areas.
• Drive execution to timeline, anticipate long-lead blockers, assign DRIs, set clear timelines, and burn down risks.
• Build trusted relationships with project manager counterparts and business leaders, manage expectations, and translate feedback into crisp actions.

Profil recherché

- 3-6 years in implementation management, consulting, program management, or similar roles driving complex enterprise rollouts

- Comfortable coordinating across multiple vendors and stakeholders in complex, compliance-sensitive environments

- Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication. Operate with clarity in ambiguity and high-stakes settings

- Strong judgment on when to escalate, when to say no, and how to scope to the minimum viable path

- Fluency with program tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and project/issue trackers

- Background in forward-deployed work with product or engineering teams

- Experience in implementation management, consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or enterprise software deployment where you managed cross-functional workstreams under tight timelines
