Join our Mortgage Delinquency Team as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will define the ideal user experience for homeowners facing financial hardships and create a servicing agent tool to better assist them. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers. A strong background in user-centered product design and experience in the mortgage or financial systems is preferred.

Missions

  • Defining the ideal user experience for homeowners facing financial hardships and creating servicing agents' tools.
  • Working in ambiguity and partnering with internal stakeholders to distill complexity into simple solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of design excellence.

Profil recherché

- Experience with the following is not required but is a big plus:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working within the context of digital products

- A solid portfolio

- 5+ years of experience with user-centered product design

- Ability to balance methodological rigor with scrappiness and creativity

- Familiarity with the mortgage landscape / financial systems

- Experience with both consumer tech as well as enterprise software
