Key duties involve adhering to schedules, assisting with luggage, performing pre-trip vehicle inspections, and communicating with hotel staff about guest needs and schedule changes.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES\nSafe and timely transportation: Drive guests to and from designated locations, such as airports, train stations, and local attractions, while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.\nCustomer service: Greet guests warmly, assist with loading and unloading luggage, and provide a friendly and helpful experience during the ride.\nVehicle maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections to check for fuel, oil, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness. Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out.\nScheduling and communication: Maintain a consistent schedule for pickups and drop-offs, and communicate effectively with hotel front desk staff regarding guest needs and any necessary schedule adjustments.\nGuest assistance: Respond to guest inquiries about the hotel or local area, and handle any minor issues or complaints promptly and professionally. \nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nThe ability to safely and professionally operate a shuttle van or passenger bus in various weather and traffic conditions.\nA valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
