You should be comfortable understanding technology, working with technical teams, communicating with clients, identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and keeping projects moving toward timely delivery.\nYou will typically manage 5–6 project/workstreams in parallel, balancing client communication, internal coordination, project reporting, issue resolution, and delivery management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of multiple Professional Services projects simultaneously.\n\nManage approximately 5–6 concurrent projects/workstreams across different stages of delivery.\n\nDefine project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules.\n\nTrack project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed requirements.\n\nCoordinate resources across technical, consulting, support, and customer-facing teams.\n\nDrive projects forward and ensure action items are completed on time.\n\nClient Communication & Consulting\nAct as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with clients.\n\nLead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, requirement discussions, and regular project reviews.\n\nClearly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customers and ensure expectations are clearly managed.\n\nHandle project escalations professionally and drive issues toward resolution.\n\nTechnical & Product Coordination\nDevelop a strong understanding of Valorx Fusion, Salesforce, data workflows, integrations, and related technical processes.\n\nWork closely with technical consultants, engineers, and support teams to understand technical requirements and solutions.\n\nBe comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and explaining technical topics to customers.\n\nUnderstand integrations, data flows, configurations, APIs, Salesforce concepts, and troubleshooting at a practical level.\n\nCoordinate Fusion implementation, configuration, support, and consulting activities.\n\nHelp identify technical dependencies and potential delivery risks early in the project.\n\nReporting & Governance\nMaintain accurate project documentation, status reports, timelines, and action trackers.\n\nProvide regular reporting to leadership on project health, progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.\n\nTrack project KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.\n\nEnsure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status.\n\nEscalate risks and blockers proactively rather than waiting for deadlines to be missed.\n\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve Professional Services project delivery processes.\n\nEstablish and maintain project management best practices, templates, and workflows.\n\nHelp create repeatable processes for Fusion implementation and customer support engagements.\n\nContinuously improve project planning, communication, reporting, and delivery efficiency.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n4–5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, consulting, implementation, or professional services environment.\n\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously—ideally 5+ concurrent projects or workstreams.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery governance.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.\n\nTechnically curious and comfortable working with technology and technical teams.\n\nAbility to understand technical requirements, integrations, data flows, and software products.\n\nExperience working with Salesforce or CRM platforms is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with SaaS implementations, software consulting, customer support, or technical services is a strong plus.\n\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.\n\nProactive mindset—you identify problems early and drive them toward resolution.\n\nStrong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.\n\nExperience with Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-related projects.\n\nExperience working with APIs, integrations, data migration, automation, or SaaS platforms.\n\nExperience
