Ready to be part of something exciting?\nWhat are we looking for now?\nWe're a multi-brand platform looking for a Product Manager whose north star is user engagement - how deeply and how often users interact with the product beyond their core transaction. You'll own the full incentives and retention stack across the portfolio: the mechanics that reward users, and the in-product experience that gets them to actually engage with those mechanics. This is a new role on the product team, with its own dedicated dev team to execute against your roadmap - you'll own everything that keeps users engaged, rewarded, and coming back.\nWhat You'll do:\nDefine and own the roadmap for incentives, retention, and loyalty features across our multi-brand portfolio, with user engagement as the guiding metric for prioritization.\n\nPartner with CRM/lifecycle marketing to translate campaign and segmentation needs into product requirements and platform capabilities.\n\nDesign and prioritize AB tests on incentive mechanics, offer structures, and retention flows.\n\nManage the economic modeling implications of promotional and reward mechanics.\n\nOwn the end-to-end wallet and bonus balance experience, ensuring redemption logic is transparent, compliant, and low-friction for users.\n\nOwn the in-product placement, visibility, and messaging of gamification and incentive features (missions, tournaments, VIP tiers, cashback, promotions) - treat feature discoverability and uptake as a core product metric, not an afterthought.\n\nPartner with design to test UI placements, entry points, and promotional surfaces (banners, nudges, badges, wallet screens) that drive feature adoption.\n\nDrive the roadmap for our Smartico CRM/gamification integration - from initial rollout across brands to ongoing feature adoption.\n\nDefine success metrics for retention and incentive initiatives (activation, redemption rates, LTV impact, churn reduction) and report against them.\n\nLead a dedicated dev team: write specs, prioritize the backlog, run sprint ceremonies, and unblock delivery.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with compliance/legal on regulatory constraints for promotional mechanics (jurisdiction-specific rules, usage limits).\n\nStay close to competitors and market trends in retention mechanics and loyalty design across consumer tech.\n\nWhat You'll own:\nIncentives engine - bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, rebates, and promotional mechanics across all brands, from rules configuration to user-facing UX.\n\nGamification & loyalty - missions, challenges, levels, VIP tiers, and reward mechanics that drive engagement and lifetime value.\n\nUser engagement - treat depth and frequency of interaction (sessions, feature usage, time in product) as a primary success metric, not a byproduct of other work.\n\nWallet - bonus balance logic, redemption requirements, conversion rules, and the user-facing wallet experience.\n\nCRM integration - product ownership of our Smartico integration, ensuring campaign, segmentation, and gamification capabilities are fully leveraged and reliably wired into the platform..\n\nNew verticals (potential scope) - as we evaluate expansion into adjacent product lines, you may take on incentive and retention mechanics for that vertical.\n\nFeature merchandising & UI placement - owning how incentive and gamification features are surfaced, positioned, and promoted across the product UI, so users actually discover and use them, not just that they exist.\n\nWhat You'll bring:\n4+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to iGaming, gambling, fintech wallets, or loyalty/rewards products.\n\nDirect experience with bonusing, cashback/rakeback, or gamification mechanics (bonus engines, wagering requirements, loyalty tiers).\n\nA track record of driving measurable improvements in player/user engagement - not just shipping features, but growing how often and how deeply users interact with a product.\n\nExperience working with or evaluating CRM/marketing automation platforms (Smartico, Optimove, or similar) from a product integration standpoint.\n\nStrong analytical skills - comfortable defining KPIs, reading cohort/retention data, and using it to prioritize.\n\nExperience managing a dedicated engineering team - writing specs, grooming backlogs, and owning delivery.\n\nUnderstanding of AB testing methodology and how to collaborate with a testing-focused counterpart.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management - you'll work across product, CRM, compliance, and games teams daily.\n\nA strong eye for UI/UX and feature merchandising - proven ability to turn \"the feature exists\" into \"players actually use it\" through placement, visibility, and in-app promotion.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in sportsbook product, particularly bonusing/promotions for sports betting.\n\nFamiliarity with RTP and prize-pool economics.\n\nBackground in wallet or payments product work.\n\nMulti-brand or multi-jurisdiction product experience.\n\nHow You will be measured:\nPlayer engagement -
