By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.\nAbout the job:\nSupport month-end and year-end close for our German entities, including journal entries and accounting analysis.\nPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and support their review.\nFollow up with vendors on missing invoices and prepare cost accruals for the P&L review.\nProcess payments and bank transfers, and make sure approvals are in place.\nReconcile intercompany transactions.\nPrepare German VAT filings (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Zusammenfassende Meldung) and\nsupport payroll tax filings (Lohnsteuer-Anmeldung) together with our payroll provider and tax advisor.\nSupport the annual financial statements under HGB, statutory audits and tax filings.\nHelp make sure key controls and procedures are followed.
