TTG is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Intermediate Business Analyst to join its Professional Services Team, leading client engagements across TTG’s software platforms:\nProwess - TTG’s established .NET Framework direct selling application. \nAscend - TTG’s newer .NET Core microservice-based direct selling platform. \nThe Opportunity\nIn this role, the Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between clients, the Professional Services Team, and internal engineering and product teams. The Business Analyst will build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders, translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and support implementations from discovery through delivery.\nLocation: Canada (remote)\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.\nWhat You'll Own\nRequirements and solution definition\nLead client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business needs, processes, exceptions, and expected outcomes. \nTranslate those needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. \nIdentify gaps, constraints, dependencies, and conflicting requirements early and work with the project team to determine practical solutions. \nMaintain clear requirements, meeting notes, decision logs, and other project documentation throughout delivery. \nTesting, training, and client support\nDevelop UAT scenarios and support clients through testing and validation. \nDemonstrate product functionality and connect available capabilities to documented business requirements. \nCreate client-facing training materials and lead training sessions that help users confidently complete key processes. \nAct as a consistent client contact for requirements, testing, process decisions, and training while partnering with the Project Manager on the broader client relationship. \nCross-functional delivery\nWork closely with Project Management, Development, QA, and Product to keep requirements and implementation decisions aligned. \nSupport implementation milestones from discovery through go-live. \nBuild reusable internal documentation, including process guides, configuration notes, and knowledge base content. \nResearch relevant direct selling practices when needed to support recommendations and client solutions. \nFollow security and data-handling practices consistent with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements. \nResponsibilities may evolve as the Professional Services team grows. \nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role, preferably supporting software implementations or SaaS environments. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. \nExperience documenting functional requirements, user stories, process flows, or similar artifacts. \nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional team settings. \nFamiliarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools to support requirement documentation, research, and workflow efficiency. \nStrongly Preferred\nGeneral familiarity with relational databases and SQL. \nExperience in the direct selling or MLM industry. \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. \nWhy Join TTG\nTurn complex business problems into solutions people can actually use. You’ll lead and participate in discovery sessions, clarify processes and decisions, demonstrate functionality, support testing, and help prepare users to adopt delivered solutions. \nBecome an expert in a specialized and complex industry.
