rare manual console changes\nIdentify and execute cost optimisation opportunities across RDS/Aurora, storage, and compute\nBuild automation tooling in Bash and TypeScript for backup validation, failover testing, and capacity planning\nCollaborate with engineering teams on schema design and data access patterns ahead of implementation\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes across all deployment targets\nRequirements\n3+ years in a DevOps, platform, or infrastructure role with a strong database focus\nProduction-level experience with PostgreSQL (query plans, vacuuming, partitioning, replication)\nHands-on AWS experience with RDS, Aurora, and at least one of ECS or EKS\nInfrastructure-as-code proficiency;
