By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.\nAbout the job:\nYour Mission\nYou will be responsible for managing, optimizing and developing the IT infrastructure of VSN and Woody Technologies, both internally and in the technology environments used to deliver services to our customers.\nWe are looking for a technically strong, independent problem-solver who can combine a strategic view of infrastructure with direct involvement in day-to-day operations.\nThis is not a purely managerial role. We need a hands-on IT Manager with solid technical experience who can troubleshoot issues directly, implement improvements and lead technology transformation projects.\nYou will report to Technology Management and work closely with the Development, Product, Operations and Customer Support teams of both companies.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. IT Infrastructure and Systems Management\nManage and maintain the IT infrastructure of VSN and Woody Technologies, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization and corporate systems.\nEnsure the availability, performance and security of technology systems.\nAdminister Windows Server and Linux environments.\nManage virtualization platforms and storage systems.\nOversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity policies.\nManage IT asset inventories, software licenses and technology assets.\nIdentify opportunities to consolidate and optimize infrastructure across both companies.\n2. Cloud Infrastructure & AWS\nAdminister and optimize cloud environments, primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nManage services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch and other AWS infrastructure components.\nOversee the security, availability and scalability of cloud platforms.\nWork with Development and Product teams to deploy and maintain SaaS solutions.\nParticipate in migrations from on-premises infrastructure to cloud and hybrid architectures.\nImplement monitoring, alerting and automation mechanisms.\nMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs using FinOps best practices.\n3. Cybersecurity and Compliance\nDefine and implement IT security policies for both companies.\nManage firewalls, VPNs, remote access systems and endpoint protection tools.\nAdminister identity and access systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory and MFA.\nIdentify vulnerabilities and coordinate the necessary remediation actions.\nEnsure appropriate management of access, permissions and credentials.\nSupport compliance with applicable data protection and security regulations, including GDPR where relevant.\nDefine and maintain security incident response procedures.\n4. IT Support and Internal Operations\nEnsure the reliable operation of tools and systems used by employees of both companies.\nHandle second- and third-level technical incidents.\nOversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 and other corporate tools.\nCoordinate external IT service, telecommunications and hardware providers.\nDocument procedures, configurations and internal policies.\nContinuously improve support processes through automation and artificial intelligence tools.\n5. Automation, DevOps and Continuous Improvement\nDrive automation of repetitive tasks and systems administration processes.\nCollaborate with Development teams to improve application deployment and maintenance processes.\nParticipate in implementing CI/CD tools, containers and monitoring systems.\nPromote Infrastructure as Code where appropriate.\nEvaluate new technologies that can improve operational efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI to IT operations, monitoring and incident resolution.\n6. Budget and Vendor Management\nContribute to the preparation and monitoring of the IT budget.\nControl infrastructure, cloud service, licensing and vendor costs.\nNegotiate with technology vendors and manage their contracts.\nIdentify cost savings without compromising service quality or availability.\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) for availability, incidents, security and costs.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure, including coordination or management responsibilities.\nStrong experience administering Windows and Linux servers.\nHands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.\nAdvanced knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls and perimeter security.\nExperience with virtualization, storage and backup systems.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and identity management.\nExperience in cybersecurity and infrastructure protection best practices.\nAbility to independently diagnose and resolve complex incidents.\nProfessional English proficiency (minimum B2) for working in an international environment.\nStrong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills.\nHighly Valued Qualifications\nAWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator or similar).\nExperience with SaaS environments and hybrid cloud architectures.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and automation tools.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible or similar technologies.\nScripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python).\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus or CloudWatch.\nFamiliarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with ITIL, ISO 27001 or equivalent standards.\nPrevious experience in B2B software companies.\nKnowledge of audiovisual and broadcast infrastructure, media workflows or
