Science or Software Engineering degree, or equivalent experience\n8+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead role\nDeep expertise in Node.js (Nest.js, Next.js or Express) or Python (Flask or Django), and in NoSQL databases (MongoDB)\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications on AWS, with strong knowledge of API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, Application Load Balancers and ECS/EKS\nHands-on experience building secure, scalable AWS architectures using VPCs, IAM security policies, Kubernetes, Docker and MongoDB Atlas\nDemonstrated skill with AI tools for development, and the ability to help a team adopt them\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and monitoring/observability tools\nA
