TTG is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Intermediate Project Manager to join its Professional Services Team, leading client engagements across TTG’s software platforms:\nProwess - TTG’s established .NET Framework direct selling application. \nAscend - TTG’s newer .NET Core microservice-based direct selling platform. \nThe Opportunity\nIn this role, the Project Manager will take increasing ownership of client engagements - from onboarding through post-implementation support - operating with growing autonomy while collaborating with senior team members on escalations and strategic decisions. This is a multi-faceted role blending hands-on technical project work with client relationship management.\nLocation: Canada (remote)\nThe salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.\nWhat You'll Own\nLead client implementations from start to finish\nOwn the day-to-day delivery of software implementation and migration projects, from requirements and planning through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. \nBuild project plans, milestones, customer testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingency plans. \nCoordinate software upgrades, testing activities, and dependencies across technical and client teams. \nManage multiple client engagements or workstreams at the same time, including smaller enhancements and statements of work. \nKeep delivery, budgets, and resources on track\nMonitor scope, timelines, budgets, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments. \nTrack actual project costs against plan, forecast variances, and take action when financial or delivery targets are at risk. \nIdentify risks and constraints early, determine appropriate next steps, and escalate when senior support is needed. \nKeep project plans, requirements, workflows, testing records, defects, decisions, and reporting aligned and accurate. Intermediate \nProduce accurate, scheduled reporting on milestones, deliverables, velocity, burndown, budget performance, resource capacity, and timeline risk. \nOwn the client relationship throughout delivery\nAct as a dependable point of contact for clients, keeping expectations, responsibilities, decisions, and next steps clear. \nLead project meetings, status updates, escalations, and decision-making discussions with client and internal stakeholders. \nTranslate technical topics for non-technical audiences and ensure technical teams have the business context they need. \nBuild trust through transparent communication, realistic expectation-setting, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. \nTravel occasionally when required for client or project needs. \nResponsibilities may evolve as the Professional Services team grows. \nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or SaaS environments. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. \nEffective communicator - comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. \nExperience working both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional team settings. \nAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with composure. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools to support project documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. \nFamiliarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar. \nDemonstrated ability to manage resource capacity, recognize when intervention is needed, and resolve or escalate delivery constraints. \nStrongly Preferred\nPMP certification. \nScrum Master experience or certification. \nExperience in the direct selling or MLM industry. \nWhy Join TTG\nOwn meaningful client engagements. As you learn our platforms and clients, you’ll be given increasing autonomy to lead engagements, make recommendations, resolve issues, and recognize when an escalation truly requires additional support. \nWork directly with the people doing the work. Our Professional Services team partners closely with developers, Business Analysts, QA, leadership, and client stakeholders rather than operating as a separate project-management layer. \n Help shape how we deliver.
